Breaking Down Barriers to Martial Arts

In teaching people with disabilities. The only real limits are imposed by ignorance

  Bringing people together through Martial Arts

Do you have what it takes to teach Martial Arts

to people with mixed abilities?

 If you know your Martial Art, and you have the skills to truly teach,
then you may be able to teach those with mixed abilities or disabilities

There are literally thousands of people out there that are not being
taught Martial Arts, but are more than willing to signup and train - all
they want is a good instructor and a club to join.

If you have what it takes, we can even lend you a helping hand, and
list you in our Martial Arts Academy's School's and Club's database.
              This is done, free of charge, in an effort to help clubs get new members, and members find good clubs.

If you would like to be part of our database, you can register
straight away, by filling in your details on the club info page.

You will need to have a Criminal Records Bureau Check (CRB) First Aid certificate and Insurance. You will be vetted.

We have Academy’s School’s and Club’s on our data base in

UK; Australia;  Belgium;  Burbank California;  Ontario Canada;  British Columbia Canada;

Denmark;  Egypt; Germany;  Glendora Los Angeles;  Amsterdam;  Northern Ireland;

Pakistan;  Serbia;  Maryland United States;  Davidson United States;  Bullitt United States;

Williams United States;  Texas;  Santa Rosa United States; Hamilton United States;

Woodbridge Virginia;  Houston;  Italy;

You are doing a great thing by presenting this opportunity and offering this service. The only people who can not are those who will not try. There is a martial arts style and a great instructor out there for just about everyone who really wants to train, work and study the martial arts and combat arts.

“A Mind Once Stretched By Idea, Never Regains Its Original Dimensions.” A martial artist spirit is an amazing Spirit.

Who has been studying Martial Arts for 8 years, is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, 2nd Degree in  Boka Jukado and 1st Degree in   Kickboxing, is a part of a 15 strong team who are making a bid to climb Mount Rainier in Pierce County, Washington, USA. This will be Flo’s first major climbing endeavour and as such a major challenge, no 'walk in the park’! Now she is over the shock of the amount and variety of equipment she will require and the magnitude of just what she has agreed to, she asks that you dig deep and help her raise enough to make a major difference to those with disabilities wishing to take part in Martial Arts Training. To give you some idea of the amounts needed, a Sports     wheelchair will cost from £1,800, a stand up wheelchair from £3,700 and a  electric wheelchair starts at about £3,000 and a stand up electric  wheelchair starts from £22,000

Each year approximately 1,000 men, women and children become paralysed due to an accident or illness.  Through sport these people whose lives have been traumatically changed, can have an outlet for their frustrations and energy. By focussing on something they can do, and potentially can excel in, increased confidence and a positive outlook can be achieved and this can influence other areas of their lives. We are also inviting people with disability’s and there family’s, That is involved in or who wish to be involved in martial arts to Get in touch with us see our contact page
